Resolution screw up

  1. Okay, I flubbed once already on my new years resolution. I didn't plan a snack a couple of weeks ago and Bartell's was where I went. For a refresher,my resolution was to eat something fresh every time I eat. As you can see,Odwalla got the best of me. I know that it's not all that bad of a snack,but my point is that I broke my resolution and have made a different standard for myself. What we should all learn from our flubs is that we are not perfect,but we can look at our reactions and know that we may have a pattern for eating a certain comfort food,or start smoking a cigarette during a certain time of day or whatever it may be for you. I have learned in part because of diabetesthat I always need to have healthy snacks at hand and ENOUGH food for the whole day. Because I know that someday I won't want an Odwalla bar,but a bag of Chili Cheese Fritos and that will not be good. What have you learned about yourself this new year?Please share!
